Head Chalet Host
What is the role?
In our chalets we have a reputation for providing our client with an excellent service and our chalet hosts are absolutely the front line in delivering this. Our clients return year after year thanks to the outstanding, professional and personal service they receive from our overseas team. The head chalet host leads a small team of chalet hosts, ensuring that everything the clients experience in the chalet is nothing short of superb. An eye for detail and extremely high standards are required for this role and the head chalet host will need set and maintain these standards throughout the season as well as dealing with all the day-to-day extras and requests.
This is very much a hands-on chalet position, so they’ll be involved in the normal day-to-day cleaning and service, ensuring that their work sets the standard for the rest of the team to achieve. During mealtimes, they will provide excellent customer service whilst acting as the principle front-of-house.
As well as delivering on the cleaning and service aspects of a role that very practical, they will also organise their time to complete basic administrative tasks such as staff rotas, stock control and accounts.
There will be head chalet host positions available in Meribel and St Anton.
