What is the role?

Flexiski currently operate a 32 bed chalet in St Anton, a 26 bed chalet in Méribel and a 12 bed chalet in Val d’Isère. The job of the resort manager is to take ownership of one of these and direct every area of its operation. They have overall responsibility for flexiski’s presence in the resort and will be held accountable for every aspect of the operation from customer service to budgets and resort income.

The resort manager is the figurehead of the flexiski team, and as such needs to be able to competently advise on all areas of the operation. They organise the resources at their disposal to deliver an outstanding client experience in line with the flexiski product points. They liaise constantly with the UK team to ensure that every bit of pertinent information on a booking is at their fingertips so the clients enjoy a seamless ski trip.

A flexiski resort manager needs to be able to turn their hand to just about anything, to be unflappable and professional regardless of the enormous pressures they will find themselves under from all sides, and to be utterly dedicated to the perfect delivery of every single ski trip they have staying in their resort.
