What is the role?

The bar of our new, flagship hotel represents a massive revenue opportunity that has not been maximised in the past, and flexiski are looking for a bar supervisor that has the experience and enthusiasm to maximise returns on this operation.

The bar supervisor is responsible for ensuring the profitable running of the bar and also the drinks on the terrace – another new venture in Courchevel 1850. They will be responsible for setting up both operations, training and managing the staff and maintaining the high quality service throughout the season. They will also need to hit financial targets to ensure this new venture contributes positively to the hotel’s results.
