What is the role?

The 3rd chef will assist the head and sous chef in the supervision of the kitchen and planning, preparation and cooking of breakfast, lunches, afternoon tea, bar snacks, evening meal and the new terrace menu.

The role of the catering team in the Saint Louis is pivotal to the successful delivery of our product in this new property, their mission is to deliver a first rate level of food to our discerning clients and establish the hotel as a new and exciting culinary destination in Courchevel 1850.

They will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering a menu that consistently excites and delights our clients whilst remaining on budget. We need our chefs to be experienced and confident, and always passionate about the quality of the food they are creating.

The Saint Louis is our new, flagship hotel located in an enviable location just off the world famous Bellecote piste in Courchevel 1850.
