What is the role?

The role of the front of house co-ordinator is to supervise & manage the smooth and efficient running of the front of house of our new hotel, to include housekeeping, the terrace restaurant, the hotel restaurant and the bar. The bar supervisor and the maitre de hotel will report into this position, and therefore experience in hotels is a must to be able to deliver this position with confidence and authority.

An eye for detail, a capacity for numbers and accounting and extremely high standards are required for this role.  The front of house coordinator will be able to set and maintain these standards throughout the season as well as dealing with all the day-to-day extras and requests and keeping a keen eye on revenue and budgets.

This is a position of responsibility, in a key property for the company, and also an opportunity to move into a management position in the future, and so we are looking for the very highest calibre of person for this position.

The Saint Louis is our new flagship hotel located in an enviable location just off the world famous Bellecote piste in Courchevel 1850.
