What is the role?

The bar of our new, flagship hotel represents a massive revenue opportunity that has not been maximised in the past, and flexiski are looking for a bar supervisor that has the experience and enthusiasm to maximise returns on this operation.

Your role will be to supervise & manage the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department.

A meticulous eye for detail, a capacity for numbers and accounting and extremely high standards are required for this role. You will be able to set and maintain these standards throughout the season as well as dealing with all the day-to-day extras and requests and keeping a keen eye on revenue and budgets – in terms of occupancy, linen and stock control with customer satisfaction scores.
