Maintenance & Resort Support
What is the role?
The Maintenance and Resort Support team are responsible for the smooth running of the background to our operations. This involves general day-to-day maintenance of our properties, upkeep during the season and working as a Driver as well.
Maintenance responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical and proficient DIY skills and jobs in the past have included repairing leaks, repainting areas of the hotel, basic tiling, ensuring the correct completion of the maintenance logs, health and safety compliance and general cleaning and odd-jobs around the hotel.
As a driver you may see yourself transferring guests between resorts or to/from airports and travel to our other resorts to resolve maintenance issues and act as overseas resort support.
During certain scenarios, for example, if urgent maintenance issues arise you may be required to be ‘on-call’ until they are resolved.
A varied role, working as Resort Support could see you doing anything from helping TV crews to get the right angle on the slopes to employing your creative skills to craft props for our famous Saint Louis Sprint challenges in resort...
