What is the role?

Flexiski has a reputation for providing our clients with a fantastic, personal service and our maitre de hotel exists to ensure they receive it when being served in the bar, restaurant and terrace of the Saint Louis.

The maitre de hotel is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all food and drink to the clients. They will work very closely with the head chef, front of house coordinator and bar supervisor to ensure that the food and beverage service is of the very highest standard.

Given the high level of our clientele, and the high expectations they have when it comes to service, the importance of this role should not be underestimated.

The St. Louis is our new flagship hotel located in an enviable location just off the world famous Bellecote piste in Courchevel 1850.
