The Recruitment Process
If you want to work in a great ski resort for a great company this winter, then you are in the right place. But, what happens next?
Firstly, browse through the jobs and see which ones interest you. Once you've chosen the role you would like to apply for you can click the link at the bottom of the job page, or choose 'how to apply' at the top and follow the instructions.
You will be able to view the full job description for the role at this point. Our recruitment system will then ask you a number of screening questions to check your eligibility, followed by some slightly more in depth questions designed to check your suitability for the role. Please give detailed answers to the questions so the recruitment team has as much information as possible about you and can make an informed decision - flexiski is an extremely sought after employer so do what you can to make your application stand out from the crowd! This process will take around 15 minutes and you will need to have a CV ready for upload.
If your application passes the screening process you the next stage will be a short telephone interview. If successful, you will be invited to an interview at our head office in Kingston upon Thames.
Flexiski employees can expect a training course in Kingston upon Thames in November. The season runs until April 2011 and you need to be available for the whole season.
